Denise Williams-Jones, RDA, is a Customer Service Consultant, Speaker, Author, Humanitarian, and Founder of Next Level to Success. Since 1995, she has worked in top dental offices across Southern California, holding roles from chair-side assistant to front office lead. She served on the ADA’s Dental Team Hub Advisory Group and is an Align North America speaker. Denise is a Crown Council and SCN member, a former SCN ambassador, and winner of SCN’s 2020 Spotlight on Speaking. She’s developed CE for the ADA and AAOMS and holds certifications in Phone Training, Case Acceptance, Leadership, Team Building, and more. Denise’s program helps dental teams improve internal and patient relationships while increasing profitability.
