Brenda McNulty has 30+ years of dental experience starting as a dental assistant and working through multiple positions in the dental space.  She is the owner of DSO Facts, a fractional training officer company based out of Colorado that focuses on training, implementation, processes, and accountability. Brenda’s expertise is to build relationships with your patients and teams using a TRANSFORMATION, not transactional, approach.  She creates increased profitability by establishing systems for practices that focus on the talents of each team member. Brenda has spoken at several major dental events. She’s a member of American Association of Dental Office Management, Speaker/Consultant Alliance, Academy of Dental Management Consultants, Dental Entrepreneur Woman, DVIN, Speaker Connection Network, and Women in DSO.

With an MBA and over a decade of corporate consulting experience, Dale enjoys working with teams to solve their most complex business and technology challenges. He has experience in work effectively with stakeholders from the front line to the c-suite and is passionate about leveraging Lean Six Sigma principles to orchestrate people, process, technology and metrics to help organizations become more successful. 

Recently Dale joined forces with his wife, Katrina Sanders, and now they are on a joint mission to positively impact the world around them through delivering the best dental and business education that empowers clinicians and improves patient outcomes.

Kara is the founder and CEO of Clinical HR LLC, specializing in HR systems for dental and medical practices. She helps leaders develop employee policies, strengthen team engagement, and implement competitive rewards systems. Kara holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications and is also certified in Everything DiSC Workplace and Five Behaviors.

Her passion for HR began while pursuing a degree in Marketing, which led her to earn a B.S. in Business with a focus on HR Management. A dedicated lifelong learner, Kara serves as Co-Chair of the Mentorship Committee for Austin SHRM and President of the National Speakers Association Austin chapter. She also founded the ADMC Memorial Foundation and the Dental Leadership Mindset Facebook group, providing HR support for practice leaders.
