With over a decade of experience leading culture and leadership initiatives in various types of work environments, Kelly specializes in creating sustainable strategies for employee engagement, team performance, and organizational health. Her expertise spans talent assessment & hiring, competency modeling & skill building, leadership development, and coaching. She has also developed large-scale assessment and training systems for employee selection and development.
