Kara Kelley
Kara is the founder and CEO of Clinical HR LLC, specializing in HR systems for dental and medical practices. She helps leaders develop employee policies, strengthen team engagement, and implement competitive rewards systems. Kara holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications and is also certified in Everything DiSC Workplace and Five Behaviors.
Her passion for HR began while pursuing a degree in Marketing, which led her to earn a B.S. in Business with a focus on HR Management. A dedicated lifelong learner, Kara serves as Co-Chair of the Mentorship Committee for Austin SHRM and President of the National Speakers Association Austin chapter. She also founded the ADMC Memorial Foundation and the Dental Leadership Mindset Facebook group, providing HR support for practice leaders.
