👩🏻‍🦰 Katrina Sanders-Stewart: A clinical dental hygienist, author, and international speaker, Katrina is passionate about elevating the dental profession by creating an undeniable movement that educates, encourages, and empowers the profession to rise in its power. Known as the “Dental WINEgenist™,” she pairs her desire for excellence in the dental industry with her knowledge and passion for wine. She is the Clinical Liaison for Hygiene Excellence at AZPerio, founder of Sanders Board Preparatory, and has been published in various publications including RDH Magazine and Today’s RDH. Recently, Katrina proudly received the University of Minnesota Distinguished Alumni Award and Sunstar GUM Award of Distinction.

🧔🏻‍♂️ Dale Stewart: With an MBA and over a decade of corporate consulting experience, Dale enjoys working with teams to solve their most complex business and technology challenges. He has experience in working effectively with stakeholders from the front line to the C-suite and is passionate about leveraging Lean Six Sigma principles to orchestrate people, processes, technology, and metrics to help organizations become more successful. Recently Dale joined forces with his wife, Katrina Sanders, and now they are on a joint mission to positively impact the world around them through delivering the best dental and business education that empowers clinicians and improves patient outcomes.
